Opinion from the Auditor

I have audited the accompanying Statement of Financial Position of Puerto Rico Women’s
Foundation, Inc. (a nonprofit organization) as of June 30, 2023 and 2022 and the related
statement of activities, changes in net assets, cash flows and functional expenses for the years
then ended, and the related notes to the financial statements.

In my opinion, the accompanying financial statements present fairly, in all material respects,
the financial position of Puerto Rico Women’s Foundation, Inc. as of June 30, 2023 and 2022,
and the results of its activities and its cash flows for the years then ended in accordance with
accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America.
