The goal of the Gender and Racial Justice Fund is that all persons may live fully and free of fear, discrimination or injury; that they are empowered economically, socially, and politically; and that they have the resources to create prosperous, safe, and just communities.

The Fund promotes social transformation by supporting community organizations that foster gender and racial equity with initiatives that promote solidarity, education, restorative healing, empowerment, and
access to justice.

We are aware of the structural inequality triggered by the intersection of class, race, and gender in our cultural norms, public policies, and the system, which disproportionally affect racialized people, the LGBTTQIA+ community, and women in all their diversity. This fund is part of our commitment to transforming the notions of power and privilege.

We believe in contributing to the growth and development of feminist projects that have a multiplier effect in the efforts towards a more inclusive, equitable society.
